Our Services

Psychological Counselling

We are passionate about helping people move forward after life-changing challenges. We work with individuals recovering from both psychological and physical injuries, including those adjusting after workplace injuries, as well as people living with disabilities.

Our approach is all about you. We provide practical support and guidance, working alongside you (and your support network if you choose) to help you achieve a better quality of life. Using evidence-based psychological strategies and tools, we tailor every step to your unique needs and goals.

We believe the best results come from active participation. That’s why, in addition to sessions in our rooms, we can meet you in the community or in environments that matter most to you. Our goal is to equip you with simple, effective strategies you can use every day - so you can keep growing and thriving long after counselling ends.

Executive Career Counselling

Through our Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, and Career Counselling services, we help you discover, develop, and step into a career that truly suits your strengths and goals.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, living with a disability, exploring options as a high school student, considering a career change, or planning your next move as a mature worker, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, we work with you to identify opportunities, build confidence, and create a clear path toward meaningful and sustainable employment.

Vocational Assessments and Medico-Legal Reports

We provide comprehensive vocational assessments and medico-legal reports designed to help you make informed decisions about your future. Using psychometric testing and in-depth interviews, we identify your transferable skills, interests, values, and reasoning abilities. This allows us to recommend potential career paths and study options tailored to your strengths and goals.

Our services support a wide range of clients, including:

  • Individuals seeking a career change or wanting to build on existing skills
  • Employers looking to promote or transition staff into new roles
  • Lawyers and insurance companies requiring expert assessments of earning capacity and vocational potential following an injury
  • Students exploring study or employment options

With clear, practical recommendations, we help you take the next step with confidence.

Vocational Rehabilitation and Return to Work Consulting/Coordination

With extensive experience in case management and rehabilitation within the Workers’ Compensation industry (both in South Australia and interstate) we understand what it takes to achieve a successful return to work.

We work closely with all key stakeholders, including employers, insurers, and treating professionals, to support injured workers recovering from physical and/or psychological injuries. Our goal is to help you return to work promptly and sustainably—whether that’s with your pre-injury employer or in a new, suitable role.

Mediation and Facilitative Conversations

We understand that workplace injuries can create stress, conflict, and communication challenges. With extensive expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation, and managing biopsychosocial issues, we are uniquely positioned to help all parties find common ground.

We specialise in:

  • Facilitating open, respectful conversations between employees, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Negotiating return-to-work duties and clarifying medical capacity
  • Reducing conflict and stress during the workplace injury and recovery process

Our goal is to create practical, sustainable solutions that support both the individual and the organisation—helping everyone move forward with confidence.

Pre-Employment Testing

Hiring the right person matters. We use rigorous, reliable psychometric testing and structured assessments to help employers identify the most suitable candidates for specific roles. Our assessments go beyond basic screening; they provide insights into an applicant’s abilities, personality, and potential, ensuring the best fit for your team.

We also highlight areas for further training and development, helping you invest in the right talent for long-term success. Every assessment is tailored to your organisation and the specific requirements of the role.

Behavioural Support

Our behaviour support services are designed to improve quality of life for people with disability and those around them. We work closely with the individual, their family, carers, and support networks to understand their unique needs and goals, especially when complex behaviours of concern are present.

Together, we develop a personalised Behaviour Support Plan that uses evidence-informed strategies to:

  • Reduce behaviours of concern in a safe and respectful way
  • Build positive skills and coping strategies
  • Enhance independence and overall wellbeing

Our approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on creating meaningful, lasting change.

Job Seeking, Resume and Interview Preparation

Successful job seeking isn’t just about sending out resumes. It’s about having a strategic, personalised plan. We create tailored, end-to-end solutions that prepare you for today’s job market and the future of work.

With rapid changes driven by AI and technological advancements, many roles are evolving or disappearing, while new opportunities are emerging. We help you stay ahead by developing skills that make you adaptable, competitive, and confident in navigating these shifts.

Our goal is to empower you with practical tools and strategies so you can job search independently, not just now, but throughout your career journey.
